Graduates Spotlight!

Meet Kim, an esteemed alumnus of the WPGA, has carved a niche in the pet care industry.

As a diplomaed Master Pet Aesthetician, Salon Pet Esthetician, and Master Groomer Behavior Specialist. She is the visionary behind Little Barks Grooming and Boutique in Columbia, South Carolina, a testament to her dedication and love for animals. Kim's journey into pet care was sparked by a personal tragedy and a profound bond with her poodle, Cinnamon. This challenge propelled Kim to leverage her creative talents in sewing and quilting to craft a solution, laying the foundation for Little Barks. The business centers on utilizing God-given talents to enhance the lives of dogs and their owners, offering services from grooming and skin and coat care to healthy treats and stylish yet functional accessories. Over the past 20 years, Kim has dedicated herself to learning and growing in her field, driven by a passion to serve dogs with love and knowledge, ensuring they receive the best care possible. Little Barks reflects Kim's family and her commitment to helping pets and their owners express their love for one another while maintaining health and happiness.
