A: What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 12-month minimum commitment for membership. After that period, you may choose to re-enroll annually or cancel your membership.
Please note:
All enrolled students must complete their coursework before cancellation is finalized.
If you choose not to re-enroll, your monthly membership fee will continue until all active students have finished.
No refunds will be issued for any portion of the setup fee, monthly payments, or student tuition.
This policy ensures your students receive full access, support, and academic documentation through the completion of their training.
